Is your earning potential what it could be? Skills that you can obtain at our school can help.

Our program would benefit anyone interested in achieving a high school diploma. This includes: students at risk of not completing a high school education or former drop-out students wanting to return to earn their high school diploma, or students who are behind in their credits and want to graduate on time.

Our students range from 16 years of age and up and our students come from a large area to attend our school, so anyone can apply. We have 2 full time teachers on staff to assist in you individual learning experience. Peoria Street Charter School began in 1995 as the Peoria Street Alternative School and operated as an alternative school until 1998, when it received a charter from the State of Kansas. We are a high school diploma program sponsored by the Louisburg #416 Board of Education.

Much of our curriculum is based on computer learning programs, yet we also offer a variety of learning venues.

There is a $35.00 book fee due at enrollment.
